HOW TO PLAY MARBELO

Roll your marbles down the chutes to hit the master ball into your opponents’ goal. Everyone plays at once.

Before you play

  1. Choose your teams.
  2. Give each player four marbles.
  3. Place the master ball in the centre.
  4. Count down together: 3, 2, 1, GO! Everyone launches their marbles and play begins.

Fewer than six players? Keep each team’s centre chute occupied, then choose how to use the remaining chutes.

First team to 10 goals wins.

  • Aim

    Point your chute towards the master ball.

  • Shoot

    Roll your marble down the chute to hit the master ball.

  • Score

    Send the master ball across your opponents’ goal line to score.

A FEW SIMPLE RULES

Don’t touch the master ball during play
If you touch it and prevent a goal, the other team gets a point.

Stay on your side
Only collect marbles from your own half. Don’t reach across the halfway line.

After each goal
Return the master ball to the centre. Share the marbles remaining on your side with your teammates. You don’t need four each again or have to pass any back to the other team.
