Competition Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter  
This competition is run by VS Interactive Ltd trading as Marbelo (“Marbelo”, “we”, “us”).

2. Eligibility  
The competition is open to residents of Ireland aged 18 years or over.  
Employees of Marbelo and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.

3. Entry  
Entry is free.  
To enter, participants must submit their email address via the official Marbelo sign-up form.

Only one entry per person is permitted.  
Multiple entries or entries deemed to be duplicates may be disqualified.

4. Opening and Closing Dates  
The competition opens at 8:30am on 19 May 2026 and closes at 5:00pm on 5 June 2026.  
Entries received after this time will not be counted.

5. Prize  
The prize is one Marbelo table from the first production batch.

The prize:
- is non-transferable  
- has no cash alternative  
- will be delivered within Ireland only  

Estimated delivery is expected November to December 2026, subject to product development and production timelines.  
Marbelo reserves the right to adjust delivery timelines if required.

6. Winner Selection  
The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries.

7. Winner Notification  
The winner will be contacted by email on or before 10 September 2026.

If the winner does not respond within 7 days, Marbelo reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

8. Publicity  
By entering, participants agree that Marbelo may use their name for winner announcement purposes.

9. Data Protection  
Personal data will be used for the purposes of administering the competition.

Participants may separately opt in to receive updates about Marbelo.  
This is not required for entry.

10. General  
Marbelo reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the competition where necessary due to circumstances beyond its control.
